How does the free trial work?: You get 7 days to use every paid feature. We collect a card at signup so the rollover is seamless — but you can cancel from settings any time during the trial and we won't charge a thing.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. Upgrade from /workspace/billing and the new plan kicks in immediately. Downgrades schedule for your next cycle so you don't lose paid time.
Is there a per-mechanic limit?: Each plan lists its seat cap. Hit the cap and we'll prompt you to upgrade — we never silently overage-charge.
Do you take a cut of customer payments?: No. You connect your own Stripe or Square account and we never touch the funds. The only thing you pay us is your monthly subscription.
Can I bring my own phone number for SMS?: Yes — use Twilio's BYOC feature or any Twilio-provisioned number. We send through your own Twilio account so deliverability and customer trust stay with you.
Is my data really mine?: Export everything any time from /workspace/settings (CSV + JSON). You own your customer list, jobs, vehicles, photos, the lot. No lock-in.
